This Buddha statue is exquisitely carved, painted, and ornamented by an artisan schooled by the renowned Thai master craftsman Khun Praphan Kantiyat.

Khun Praphan started carving Buddha statues over 40 years ago. This statue’s meticulous and precise ornamental detail results from his research and historical knowledge of ancient Buddha carvings. The sculptures replicate original antique statues exhibited in museums and temples of South East Asia.

This statue is a handmade replica and will differ slightly from the original antique Buddha. It is exported with Permit under a License provided by The Thailand Fine Arts Department.
